Many of you will know these solid silver whistles have been out of stock for some time as we have been waiting for the price of silver to drop - it is still madly expensive but now appreciate it is unlikely to drop any time soon. 

So we have begun production of the next batch of full size solid silver whistles.  If you would like us to reserve one (or more) for you please get in touch. We will invoice just as soon as they are ready.

This is a beautiful whistle hand made in the UK from solid 925 Sterling Silver - each weighs c. 25 grams and measures 4.5cm across at the widest point.  Each whistle bears an English Hallmark showing 925 Sterling Silver quality, maker's mark, where made and year made.

This is a full-size whistle with a similar profile to the Logan A1 whistle. Good sound projection and top notes. 

A presentation box, velvet pouch and leather cord lanyard are all included. Or you can add one of our sterling silver snake-chain lanyards.

Each country - England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales - hold a National trial held over three days where some 160 dogs compete to to represent their Country at the International Sheepdog Trials in September - the overall winner becoming the Supreme Champion. The person scoring the highest points in each country becomes the ISDS National Team Captain and receives an engraved silver whistle from Gilbertson & Page as the principal sponsor.
