VAT and customs 

Logan Whistles is registered on the International One Stop Shop Scheme (IOSS) for VAT purposes which means you will have nothing to pay on receipt. We collect the appropriate VAT when you place the order on our web-site and then distribute to the relevant authorities in that market.

Logan Whistles is the manufacturer of its products and has an appointed 'Responsible Person' (RP) in the EU to comply with the General Product Safety Regulation requirements.

Product safety & cleaning:

Our whistles are all precision manufactured from premium metals and nonmetallic materials avoiding any joins or sharp edges both to enhance the sound quality and for cleanliness (no nooks for germs to lurk).

If you are allergic to metals please select a whistle from our Delta Delrin non-metallic range. Products can be cleaned with a hygienic wipe or, for metal whistles, more thoroughly using a culinary grade metal cleaner, then rinsed and dried to a shine with a clean soft cloth. A metal nail-file over a soft cloth or wipe can clean the slot. Our whistles are designed for dog training and signalling and for adult use. Whilst children can use our whistles with ease they should be supervised when doing so and the whistle should be attached to a lanyard.

When wearing a lanyard always keep it tucked inside your clothing when not in use.
