Our order processing and shipping services
We aim to ship items within 24 hours of the order being placed. Personal engraving can add 5-7 business days to despatch time.
UK - We use a 24 hour Business Mail service in the UK for next business day delivery. Express Post is though a better option to choose this year as it is fully tracked and Royal Mail will prioritise delivery of these items over other services when current strike action causes backlogs of Mail at local sorting offices.
International - we use either a Deutsche Post or Royal Mail Tracked service both of which hand to the mail service provider in the destination country, USPS in the US, Canada Post, New Zealand Post, Australia Post etc.
For faster delivery and Customs processing we can also offer an Express Courier service such as DHL Express, FedEx or TNT to International destinations - please contact us for a quotation and estimated delivery time and we can bill separately for any agreed excess shipping cost if your order has already been placed. It usually costs an additional £15 to £20.
European Orders - we are IOSS registered which means that you will have no tax or duty to pay on receipt for individual orders under €150.

Is it a Gift? Please just let us know when placing the order - we will not include the receipt and can add a gift message for you.

We are a UK-based company but you can order on our web-site from any country worldwide - please just complete your delivery address including Country, choose how you would like to pay, (by credit/debit card or PayPal) and enter payment details at the Checkout.
