Christmas posting times

Our products make great Christmas presents for everyone!

Please order as soon as possible if you would like to be guaranteed delivery for Christmas Day. We have limited stock of some items, personal engraving takes at least a week and both the postal service and International Customs are very stretched at this time, so delivery can take longer in December and January than at other times of year.

Our order processing and postal service

We aim to post items within 24 hours of the order being placed. Personal engraving may add 5-7 business days to despatch time.

We use a 24 hour Business Mail service in the UK for next business day delivery.

For International orders we use a Royal Mail Airmail service for delivery within 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 business days elsewhere (although Customs can sometimes take a few extra days to process items, especially before and after Christmas). Our Express service offers a fully tracked and business priority mail service.  We can also use UPS or other 24/48 hour courier services to International destinations  - please just contact us for a quotation and estimated delivery time.

Recommended last posting dates for Christmas delivery using normal postal services

As a guide we would suggest that the latest you can order for an expecation (but not guarantee) of Christmas delivery is as follows - but please note that we need to receive your order at least five working days earlier if personal engraving is required
